The Answers You Need

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

LÌOR PORTER wants you to be happy with your purchases from its collection. Therefore you have an approval period of 14 days. Ofcourse, it is allowed to first try the clothes on. If your purchases does not fulfill your expectations, you can return the (unused) items within 14 days (with all tags and in original packaging). With every package we will send a delivery note. Make sure when you want the paid amount back you will notice your full name + bank account number, so we can transfer the amount as soon as possible. This doesn't go for sale items. If you want to exchange the item for example a different color or size make sure you will notice this on your delivery note, so we can send your new package as soon as possible.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

SHIPPING

We ship in 5-10 workingdays in The Netherlands. The shipping of international packages can take up to 20 workingdays before you receive it. Wondering how many days it takes to your country? Contact us at liorporter@hotmail.com and we will try to help.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed to the e-mail address provided at the time of checkout, which can take up to 48 hours. You will receive a second e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 3 - 7 workingdays for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.

DELIVERED BUT NOT DELIVERED

All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the courier in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

CAN I WASH THE SWEATERS IN THE WASHING MACHINE?

We recommend that you hand wash it, so it will last longer. If you prefer to wash them in the washing machine you can follow these tips: 1- Before inserting sweatshirts make sure to turn them inside out, so you protect the design. 2- When choosing the washing program, use the delicate wash program (only cotton) and preferably with cold water.
